Problema.
Es la situacion que se da cuando hay una diferencia de ideas o posiciones entre dos o mas partes.


El conflicto.
Es una fase mas profunda del problema, y es cuando las partes que mantienen una diferencia involucran sentimientos en la situacion y, la comunicacion entre las partes se pierden o es muy pobre.

what did i learn?
I learned the difference of a conflict and a problem which we implemented every day and that we must be calm or know how to act with such a situation at work, home, school etc.

to have a little more criteria in a day-to-day situation


what do i need to improve

I need to be a little calmer, to be more responsible at the same time for my actions and to reach a dialogue or if there is a work or other type of problem knowing how to get it done I end up with solutions

what it easy or difficulty?

Distort when we have a problem or a conflict and be able to reach a solution.
