EL PROBLEMA SE DIO CUANDO EL COCINERO QUE ESTABA EN LA FREIDORA NO REVISO QUE ERAN LA MISMA ORDEN PERO DE MESAS DIFERENTES DEBIDO A QUE SE ENCONTRABA DISTRAÍDO POR JUGAR CON OTROS COCINEROS, A LA HORA DE ENTREGAR LA ORDEN LLEGO PRIMERO EL MESERO DE LA MESA 7 Y ESTE SE LLEVO LA ORDEN, AL PERCATARSE EL MESERO DE LA MESA 4 QUE SU PEDIDO YA HABÍA TARDADO SE DIRIGIÓ A LA COCINA Y RECLAMO SU ORDEN, EL COCINERO INFORMO QUE YA SE LA HABÍAN LLEVADO Y EL MESERO FUE A RECLAMARLE AL OTRO MESERO, ESTOS YA TENÍAN ROSES POR NO LLEVARSE BIEN, LO CUAL DETONO EN EMPUJONES Y RECLAMOS.
EL CHEF REVISO AMBAS COMANDAS ASÍ COMO LA HORA EN QUE SE PIDIERON LOS PEDIDOS Y RESULTO UNA CONFUSIÓN POR NO PONER ATENCIÓN A QUE ERAN DOS PEDIDOS SIMILARES, EL COCINERO EN LA PARRILLA SE DISCULPO Y SE HABLO CON LOS MESEROS TRATANDO DE BUSCAR UNA SOLUCIÓN PACIFICA LA CUAL BENEFICIARA A AMBOS PARA QUE NINGUNO PERDIERA SU EMPLEO.
POR ULTIMO A LA MESA 4 SE LE DIO UNA COMPENSACIÓN OFRECIÉNDOLE UNAS TOSTADAS DE CEVICHE DE CORTESÍA MIENTRAS ESPERABAN SU PEDIDO Y UNA LLAMADA DE ATENCIÓN AL PERSONAL POR SU FALTA DE PROFESIONALISMO.
CONTEXTO: EL CONFLICTO SE DIO EN "LOS JAROCHOS" DE CUAUTITLAN, UN RESTAURANTE DE PESCADOS Y MARISCOS, EN UN AMBIENTE COMO LA COCINA A VECES EXISTEN CONFLICTOS POR ESTRÉS O DESATENCIONES.
